Requirements
35-word Abstract: Your abstract should be a brief summary of your paper topic. If your paper is accepted, your 35-word abstract will be included in the short conference Program.
1-Page Summary: All contributed authors are required to submit a final one-page summary of their work for publication in the Technical Digest. The page limit for WOMBAT is 1 page.
The styles guide provides a visual representation of the paper format. The summary should not exceed one page. Within one page, the author must include all text, including the title, authors, 35-word abstract, equations, drawings, tables, photographs, figures and references.
The title of the talk and the primary author's name, affiliation, address, and email address must appear on the first page with all additional authors and their affiliations. The 35-word abstract should be repeated in the summary. Refrain from the use of asterisks, acknowledgments, job descriptions or footnotes. Cite references at the end of the summary.

Please make sure that your paper does not contain non-English font packages (for example, Japanese, Korean, or Chinese fonts, etc.) in the body of your paper summary, as well as in all figures and tables. Characters in these fonts cannot be seen by reviewers.
Peer Review
Abstracts will be evaluated thoroughly by the WOMBAT Organising Committee.
WOMBAT reserves the right to reject or alter abstracts based on, but not limited to, the following criteria:
- Abstracts do not comply with style guidelines, including excessive length
- Abstracts contain inappropriate content
- Abstracts fall outside of the topical scope of the WOMBAT conference
Abstract Revisions / Changes
To make any changes to an abstract (including author changes), resubmit an abstract. Please enter your details and upload your abstract again, and add "revise_my_abstract" to the file name.
